A factory floor, not a middleman
Wolvate has manufactured sportswear since 2010. Cutting, sewing, printing, labelling and packing all happen under one roof in İstanbul, which is why we can quote a garment by its yarn construction rather than by a category name.
Brands come to us for the boring parts as much as the design: a fabric that is the same weight in the second order as it was in the first, a label sewn straight, a carton that arrives when the calendar said it would.

We run 23 constructions in-house, from a 100 GSM calendered rain shell to a 380 GSM modal blend. Every quote states the yarn, the composition and the GSM with its ±5 tolerance — so what arrives in bulk is what you approved in the sample.
