Custom Hoodie Manufacturer

Most contract hoodies come in around 260 GSM because it is cheaper per piece and the difference does not show in a photo. Ours run at 310 GSM in a 65% cotton three-yarn brushed fleece, which is the weight a customer notices when they pick it up — the single detail that decides whether merchandise sells twice.

Construction

How we build it

These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.

  • 310 GSM at 65% cotton — heavy enough that the garment hangs instead of clinging
  • Ribbed cuff and hem knitted separately, not folded from the body fabric
  • Kangaroo pocket bar-tacked at both openings
  • Cotton-rich articles are quoted with shrinkage tolerance confirmed before bulk
