Custom Cycling Jersey Manufacturer

Our cycling build is a short-sleeve jersey on a 160 GSM ventilated panel mesh — a stretch knit with 7% elastane that holds an aero fit without pulling at the shoulders. It ships with a front zip, an elasticated waist and the standard three rear pockets, and pairs with tights and compression layers from the athletics line.

    Short and long tights from the athletics line, in 180 or 220 GSM stretch knits.

  • Wind & rain layers

    Calendered micro ripstop shells at 100 GSM, plus softshell and fleece options.

  • Club & travel wear

    Brushed tracksuits, scarves, beanies, buffs and gloves in matching artwork.

Decoration:Full sublimation — cycling artwork wraps panels and cannot be transferred.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

Construction

How we build it

These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.

  • The panel mesh carries 7% elastane, so the jersey holds a close fit without restricting the shoulder
  • Three rear pockets and an elasticated waist are standard on the jersey, not an upcharge
  • Panels take full sublimation edge to edge, so artwork can wrap the side seam
  • Club ranges pair the jersey with tights, rain shells and travel wear from the same colour standard
