The polo is where a manufacturer’s range really shows. We run seven distinct builds: sublimation-ready interlock at 135 GSM, a stretch lycra body with panel-mesh collar, knitted-tricot-collar polos in cotton or lycra piqué, and a 210 GSM double-face piqué that is 65% cotton and still accepts full print — a combination most factories cannot offer at all.

Champion polos
Reinforced placket and collar construction, short or long sleeve.
Sublimated piqué polos
210 GSM double-face piqué, 65% cotton, full-print face.
Tricot-collar polos
Knitted collar and cuff, in 200 GSM cotton piqué or 180 GSM lycra piqué.
Stretch polos
Lycra single jersey body with panel-mesh collar panelling at 180 GSM.
Decoration:Full sublimation, embroidery, silicone print, cut & sew collar and placket detail.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

Construction
How we build it
These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.
- Knitted tricot collars and cuffs are produced to your colour rather than bought in white and dyed
- The double-face piqué is the hard one — a cotton-rich polo with a print face that holds detail
- Placket, button and topstitch colour are all specified on the tech sheet, not left to the line
- Cotton-rich builds carry a confirmed shrinkage tolerance before bulk
