Custom Tracksuit Manufacturer

The tracksuit is the highest-volume article we run, and the one where a brand can differentiate on weight alone. We build it two ways: a 220–260 GSM brushed poly knit with 7% elastane for performance and travel wear, or a 310 GSM cotton-rich brushed fleece when the range is aimed at retail rather than the touchline.

What we produce for tracksuits

  • Full-zip tops

    Standard full-zip and hooded kangaroo builds, in brushed poly or cotton fleece.

  • Half-zip tops

    The volume-order build, 220–260 GSM brushed knit.

  • Hooded pullovers

    Kangaroo pocket, no zip — offered in both the poly and the 310 GSM cotton build.

  • Sweat tops

    Crew-neck brushed knit for training and warm-up layers.

  • Classic pants

    Straight-leg brushed knit pants, matched to any top in the range.

  • Cricket-model pants

    Front stitch-line detailing, cut for the longer format.

Decoration:Full sublimation, cut & sew panelling, embroidery on cotton-rich builds.

Fabrics we recommend for tracksuits

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

Construction

How we build it

These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.

  • The same pattern runs in 220–260 GSM performance knit and 310 GSM cotton fleece, so one design covers two price points
  • Brushed backs on both fabrics — the difference is hand-feel and drape, not warmth alone
  • Kangaroo pockets are bar-tacked at the opening, the point that fails first on cheap production
  • Tops and pants are colour-matched inside the same dye lot rather than ordered separately
