    150 GSM combed cotton for lifestyle and club ranges.

Decoration:Full sublimation, cut & sew panelling, embroidery on cotton articles.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

Construction

How we build it

These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.

  • Pro tights use lock-stitch seams; the classic build is offered where price leads the decision
  • Compression articles run 9% elastane at 220 GSM for genuine hold rather than a tight fit
  • Bustiers are offered in two weights so one range can cover training and competition
  • Cotton and polyester builds share artwork, so a lifestyle SKU matches the performance one
