Custom Volleyball Kit Manufacturer

Indoor volleyball is played in constant contact with the floor, so the whole kit runs on high-recovery stretch knits. Tights are offered in two very different builds: a 220 GSM compression interlock, and an 80% modal blend at 380 GSM for programmes where next-to-skin handle is the selling point.

    Lycra single jersey at 180 GSM with four-way stretch and recovery.

  • Compression tights

    Dense compression interlock at 220 GSM with 9% elastane for hold through repeat digs.

  • Modal tights

    An 80% modal / 20% elastane blend at 380 GSM — a premium handle option.

  • Libero colourways

    Contrast kit produced in the same run, so shade and hand-feel match exactly.

  • Warm-up wear

    Brushed half-zip and full-zip tracksuit tops and pants.

Decoration:Full sublimation, cut & sew panelling, embroidered club marks.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

How we build it

These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.

  • Every body fabric on this line carries 7–20% elastane, so the kit recovers rather than bagging out
  • Libero contrast is produced alongside the main kit — ordering it separately later never matches
  • The modal tights option exists because some markets buy on feel, not on spec sheet
  • Sleeveless armholes are bound, not folded, so the edge does not curl after washing
