An esports kit carries more artwork than any other garment we run — a dozen sponsor marks, gradients and a team identity that has to survive stream compression. Full sublimation is the only method that holds that without transfer edges, and the whole drop (jersey, hoodie, polo, tracksuit) can be produced from one artwork set in a single run.

    Micro interlock or lycra body, full sublimation front, back and sleeve.

    310 GSM 3-yarn brushed fleece, kangaroo pocket, with or without zip.

  • Team polos

    Including a sublimated double-face piqué at 210 GSM for press and sponsor days.

  • Tracksuits

    Full-zip, half-zip and hooded builds in 220–260 GSM brushed knit.

  • Merch & accessories

    Tees, scarves, beanies, buffs and sublimated-front backpacks in the same artwork.

Decoration:Full sublimation, embroidery, woven patches, cut & sew panelling.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

Construction

How we build it

These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.

  • Sponsor artwork is laid out at production scale before bulk — small type is where cheap sublimation fails
  • The double-face piqué is the unusual one: a 65% cotton polo that still takes full sublimation
  • One artwork set is adapted across jersey, hoodie, polo and bag so a drop looks like one family
  • Hoodies run at 310 GSM, which is merch weight rather than promotional weight
