Custom Rugby Kit Manufacturer

Rugby is the one discipline where a standard 135 GSM jersey knit simply fails. We run a dedicated RBY-300 contact interlock at 300 GSM with 12% elastane — heavy enough to resist grabbing and stretch recovery good enough that the jersey returns to shape after every ruck. A lighter interlock build is available for training and touch formats.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

  • RBY-300 carries 12% elastane, so the jersey recovers its shape instead of stretching out over a season
  • Woven micro gabardine shorts are offered in both polyester and cotton at 240 GSM
  • Match and training builds share artwork, so a club orders one design across two price points
  • Heavy knit still takes full sublimation — no transfer edges to lift under contact
