Skorts
Skirt with integrated short, in lycra single jersey or interlock at 180 GSM.
Performance polos
Micro interlock at 135 GSM, short or long sleeve, sublimation-ready.
Premium polos
Sublimated double-face piqué at 210 GSM, 65% cotton with a full-print face.
Knitted-collar polos
Cotton piqué at 200 GSM or lycra piqué at 180 GSM, with tricot collar and cuff.
Stretch tops & tights
Lycra single jersey tops and compression tights from the athletics line.
Decoration:Full sublimation, embroidery, cut & sew collar and placket detailing.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

Construction
How we build it
These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.
- Four polo builds means the collar can be knitted tricot, self-fabric or fully sublimated to match the body
- The double-face piqué is the difficult one — a cotton-rich polo that still accepts full sublimation
- Skorts are built as skirt plus integrated short, attached at the waistband
- Cotton-rich articles are quoted with shrinkage tolerance confirmed before bulk
