What we produce for basketball
Side-panel jerseys
Ventilated panel-mesh body at 160 GSM with side panelling.
Double-sided jerseys
Reversible build, both faces fully printed — one garment, two kits.
Classic jerseys
Micro interlock at 135 GSM, the volume-order build.
Shorts
Classic interlock shorts at 180 GSM, or matching panel-mesh side-panel shorts.
Warm-ups & bench wear
Full-zip and half-zip brushed tracksuits, hooded tops, compression layers.
Decoration:Full sublimation or cut & sew panelling, embroidered logos.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

Construction
How we build it
These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.
- Reversible jerseys are true double-sided construction, so neither face shows through the other
- Side-panel builds put the ventilated panel mesh where heat actually leaves the body
- Shorts run heavier than the jersey at 180 GSM so they hang correctly instead of clinging
- Number size and placement checked against your league legibility rules before bulk
