Outerwear is where a lot of sportswear factories stop, because it needs different machinery and a different skill set. We run five separate outer constructions — from a 100 GSM calendered rain shell up to quilted coats in adult and kids sizing — so a club or brand can complete a full season range without a second supplier.

What we produce for outerwear

  • Rain jackets

    100 GSM calendered micro ripstop, with standard lining or fleece lining.

  • Softshell jackets

    Hooded, 250 GSM with a 3% PU membrane and mesh lining.

  • Scuba jackets

    Hooded 280 GSM scuba knit with a fully sublimated mesh lining.

  • Fleece jackets

    Full-zip 220 GSM polar fleece.

  • Quilted vests & coats

    Quilted wadding with lining — vest, short coat, long coat and kids sizing.

Decoration:Embroidery, heat transfer, woven patches, sublimated linings.

These are the exact constructions on our production sheet, not indicative ranges. Weights carry the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM, and the final composition is confirmed in writing before a sample is cut.

Construction

How we build it

These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.

  • Softshell carries a genuine PU membrane rather than a surface coating that washes off
  • Scuba jackets take a sublimated mesh lining, so the inside carries artwork too
  • Quilted coats run in adult short, adult long and kids blocks from the same design
  • Zips, pullers and storm flaps are specified per article rather than defaulted
